Mansarda in Pescara (Italy)

An attic designed for a professional who decides to spend his work and vacation time in Pescara, Italy. He wants to live in harmony with nature, while also enjoying a high level of comfort and technology that blends perfectly with the surrounding environment, creating a balance between man, architecture, and landscape.
The project is based on the use of natural materials such as wood, stone, and river pebbles, chosen not only for their aesthetics but also for their sustainability. Wood is the protagonist of every room, lending warmth and a welcoming feeling. The stone and pebbles, with their reference to the purity of nature, create a profound connection with the Abruzzo landscape.
The large windows not only allow perfect lighting throughout the day, but also offer direct contact with the beauty of the nature surrounding the home. Every corner of the home is designed to maximize light, enhancing the clean, modern geometry of the interiors.
The open space allows for a great sense of freedom and visually connects with the outdoors in every corner, amplifying the sense of continuity with nature.
Integrated technology ensures optimal energy, heating, and security management. The house was designed to blend innovation with tradition, offering a superior quality of life while respecting the environment and improving the well-being of its residents.
